It is determined in the discovery phase, in the configuration decisions, in the adoption architecture, and in the thirty days that follow deployment, the days that most delivery models treat as a stabilisation period and that SuperBotics treats as the most consequential phase of the entire programme.

The organisations that build adoption into their delivery model from day one do not have to address adoption as a problem in week three. They have already solved it, systematically, structurally, and in advance. That is what it means to treat adoption as an engineering decision. And it is the standard that every enterprise technology programme is capable of meeting when the delivery model is designed to produce it.
